Waste Ink Counter Reset.
Step 1: Manual for Service mode
1. Unplug power and USB.
2. Open door and hold power button.
3. Connect power.
4. Close door, then release power button.
step 2 : Software for Permanant
1. Reconnect the printer cable.
2.Open General Tools software and select (USB PORT)
3 .Choose (SET DESTINATION 1) And it should be reset.
Remark "After service mode Pls use software for permanent reset"

The scanner lock switch may be in the locked position. Lift the cover and check the slide switch located on the top front left. If this is not the problem, you will have to have a service center look at the problem.

HiHi this code is.
C000 indicates to remove the packing material.
Remove packing material so that the print head holder can move. Confirm that the printer is powered off.
Disconnect the power cord from the printer or at the wall outlet or both
Open the paper output tray and then lift up the scanning unit cover until it locks into position.
CAUTION: The orange protective tape may prevent you from opening the paper output tray

Pull the orange protective tape (A) in the direction of the arrow and remove the white plastic (protective material) (C).

After the orange tape and plastic have been removed, remove the print head packaging (if it hasn't been removed already). 1. Close the scanning unit cover.Reconnect the power cord and then power on the printer.
