The numeric keypad turns on but isn't responding


Go to System preferences, Keyboard. Try changing one item at a time to see if it recognizes the keypad. Restart the computer with the keypad plugged into USB port. I dialog box should appear to give you instructions in syncing the new keypad to the Mac.

I recently bought the iHome icoinnect keyboard but it did not come with a manual...the keyboard works fine, the ipod is charged...how do I operate the ipod? i need instructions. thank you

It has instructions for plugging in the mac.
Basically, think of it as putting the mac at the end of a fancy USB cable - should be no different from the standard way of connecting your ipod with your mac

I installed the drivers manually i have no cd but windows 7 will not recognized the driver and still say driver is not successful in installation i need help!!


iHome IHW311NN is compatible with Windows 7 and no addition drivers are required. However, the drivers are available at iHome Official Support. Visit this link and download the latest drivers.

Keyboard letters 'm,j,k,l,u,i,o' permanantly locked for numerals. i have no idea how i switched this function on.


NumLock is on. Look for the Fn key in the lower left corner, and lookint in the top right, the NumLock key.

DO ONE THING GO TO ADD REMOVE PROGRAM AND THEN GO TO ADD HARDWARE AND THEN CLICK HAVE DISK IT WILL RECOGNIZE YOU CD DRIVE THEN I WILL ASK FOR INSTALLATION THEN YOU GO THROUGH
