Question about Heating & Cooling
A bit tricky, but you can remove the front cover. There should be a screw on the bottom which locks the unit in place. Remove the screw and slide the unit out of the wall. (power off of course). You can then check if any wasp or insect may have set up house on the fanblade, which would cause it to be unbalanced and noisy. Clean and refit.
