You can access the fanmotor from the back of the fridge and see if there is anything preventing the fan from turning freely. If not, you will have to replace the fanmotor. Best if you remove it and take it along as a sample to be sure you buy the same type

The freezer is not getting cold. Recently, I replaced the fan motor and it is running and blowing good. I turned the temperature alarm setting to the off position because it will sound due to the warm...

I would replace the defrost termination thermostat. They were a frequent failure item on
Frigidaire units I service, causing this condition. Around 8 to 20 dollars depending on
vendor. Also check the defrost timer as I have found at least one that was stuck due to
mis assembly. (the replacements are from a different vendor). Hope this helps.

If the fans not working, replace the fan. You could have a defrost problem that causes evaporator boils to freeze over and may be obstructing fan blades. Check door seals also that they are sealing properly.

Zanussi integrated fridge freezer, top half fridge not working

It appears you need to get the cold distributed from the freezer section to the frig section. This can only be accomplished by a fan that forces the cold air throught openings between both sections. Since the freezer in at the bottom, cold air cannot go upward, thereforethe fan. Chech that the interior fan (in the freezer section) is running. Check that the air openings between the sections are not blocked. Finally, if all looks good, then maybe the compressor system is slowly failing and only making enough cold for the freezer, but not enough to be circulated. Goodluck, Macgivor

Freezer workss but fridge dont

Check for a frost buildup on the interior back wall of the freezer. If you find this, a problem exists in the defrost circuit (heater, terminator or control).

Also verify that the evaporator (freezer) fan is functioning.

A failed damper control can cause this condition as well.

Proper product temps are 0 to 10 in the freezer and 36 to 42 in the fresh food compartment.

The fridge side isnt keeping cold the freezer is and the fan doesnt seem to be working

IF THERE IS FROST ON THE BACK WALL OF THE FREEZER
INTERIOR, THERE IS A DEFROST FAILURE. EITHER THE
TIMER, HEATER, OR BI-METAL HAS FAILED. IF IT IS THE TIMER, YOU CAN LOCATE IT AND MANUALLY ADVANCE IT WITH THE SMALL KNOB ON ITS FACE. AS YOU ADVANCE IT, YOU WILL HEAR IT CLICK LOUD AND THE COMPRESSOR
WILL STOP RUNNING. WAIT ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND LISTEN IN THE FREEZER FOR SIZZLING OR POPPING. THIS IS A NORMAL NOISE WHEN THE HEATER IS MELTING OFF THE FROST. REPLACE THE TIMER.
IF THERE ISN'T FROST, THE FAN MOTOR OR DOOR SWITCH
HAS FAILED. YOU WOULD NEED TO REMOVE THE BACK
PANEL FROM THE INSIDE OF THE FREEZER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE FAN MOTOR TO TEST IT. IF VOLTAGE IS PRESENT AT THE TERMINALS OF THE MOTOR, THE MOTOR IS BAD. IF NO VOLTAGE(120VOLTS AC), CHECK DOOR SWITCH.
