Question about Computers & Internet
I cant logon to windows, xp wants to activate, but when i click yes, it says that windows is already activated, how can i get past this, i've done a repair on windows , still the same problem, have got a valid key!!!
If its a valid LEGITIMATE key then again Microsoft are your best option to deal with this issue.
Try booting to SAFE mode first and see if you can get into windows that way. Once there then use REGEDIT to change the registry key
Change its value to zero "0" and then close regedit and re-boot the computer.
If that works I would suggest a strong antiviral scan AND anti spy-ware scan.
Also check and make sure the BIOS has not been tweaked with regards to memory settings as that can affect some installations.
Hope this gives you the information you need
It would be very decent of you to consider the quality of our experts answers and judge them accordingly as you pass through FixYa.

How is that an answer? It doesn't ask for a key. It just keeps looping.

You have to call Microsoft about this problem. They will provide you another key
