Question about Cooktops
We have an induction cooktop of schott ceran and the child lock is on all four 'elements' and showing E E EE E E and we can't get it back to being able to use it ... please help Thanks Carolynn

Hello John..... Call the store and ask them what code is needed for this model. They put it in showroom mode and they should have taken it out of showroom mode before it left the store. Shame on them. Joe

SOURCE: My miele induction schott ceran
If you have an illuminated red key symbol on the cooktop, press down where the illuminated red key is, for about 5 seconds. This method works on many Schott Ceran / Miele cooktops including the KM443 listed above.
If this doesn't work, please let me know the correct model number.
