That happens when a movie from the UK in PAL is converted to NTSC and drops a frame to make it easier to convert. Over time the dropped frames get the sound out of sync. This could be fixed by the person who converted the video if they were knowledgeable enough. You can fix this yourself using VLC player or by researching tools and methods in videohelp.com
