Change the filter. If you can lower the loader by loosening a line at the valve, suspect the valve. All lines usually dump to tank at the valve. Make sure that line is ok. If any valves are electric, suspect them even more.

Hyraulic stops working while running

sounds like your control valve body going into bypass, replace the filter first, then check to see if there is a safety catch not working, some outriggers have switches on then to prevent bucket movement if they are not fully extended.

No fluid from rear pump 410 john deere backhoe

1st ck hyd tank for fluid level and fluid quality 2nd remove and ck hyd filter for blockage (note some hyd filters have a water sensing block valve inside) 3 rd verify that fluid is reaching pump , pumps will make horrible noises with no fluid in them , if all are well replace pump , and ck that bypass valve is not stuck open and is set correctly (some are internal to pump )
a method i've been sucessful with is to temp power hyd system with remote from another working tractor/bobcat , this sometimes unsticks bypass valves , but unless your familiar with what fittings do what and such I don't recomend this action for novices

Accumulator charging valve

This sound weird but the small pump on the back of your steering pump is the brake and pilot system supply. It is the possible source of your problem. Check for flow from the pump. At low idle there may be low flow.

My hydraulic pump lifts actuators up and down.

With NO PREASURE on the hyd system or the cylinder ( brace it )unhook both hoses from the hyd cylinder and hook together ( may require a made up hose or special fitting ), then operate the system again. If it bogs down again you KNOW it's not a cylinder problem ( piston dammage, bent rod, piece of metal stuck in a cylinder port...) . With the hoses hooked up normaly, you possiably have a restriction on the rod side ( pressure down to the cylinder) of the control valve. I have seen a piece of piston stuck in the port fitting because it could not go by the spool. Or depending on allot of variables, you MAY have a " flow control valve " that will control the decent speed of the cylinder failing or out of adjustment ( fixed orficed check valve or manual gate ). these are normally in the barrel line of the cylinder, but that depends on the configuration of the cylinder.Good luck and be carefull!!!
