You are going to have to log on to the router as admin. go to the wireless section and reset the wireless password. then your devices will be able to connect with the password you set.

1. Make sure that wireless settings are properly synchronized.
>> ssid/security key.
2. Check your computers wireless connection status
> Make sure that it is set to "obtain ip address automatically)
3. If still not working if computer is set to obtain ip automatically, try assigning static ip on wireless pc
> You need to know your router's ip address and dns
4. Disable firewall on wireless pc.

please call dlink tech support at 877-453-5465. just an advise on how to handle the call when you reach dlink tech support (agent); do not agree to call back after you troubleshoot with them (they'll be giving you a case id reference# and be advising you to check your pc or call "who" and call them back to continue the troubleshooting). insist to the agent that he need to resolve the problem asap (by the way, agents are not allowed to drop the call or they'll be dead-history!). and if the agent still insisted you to call back, ask for a "senior level technician" to finish the job (escalate the problem).
fyi: dlink tech support handling time to resolve a call is 15 to 18 minutes only. if you reach that 15-18 minutes (max) time the agent will think of a way for you to call back (advising you to check with your pc manufacturer, check with your ISP, call microsoft to update your software, etc... non-sense!) they need to do this in order to reach their handling time (agents need to reach 21 to 25 billable calls, and billable calls are "solution provided", "resolved", and "dropped call"). ---- believe me, i was one of them and repented.

you need to update your netcomm so that the modem router can identify your iphone's or mac's firmware.
to do this type in your browser '192.168.1.1' and press 'management>update software'

I have the mentioned all the possible ways to get this issue resolved.
First Lets try changing the Wireless password and user name,In most of the cases this works.
1) Open a new web page delete whatever you see in the address bar(press F4 and press delete).
2) Type in 192.168.2.1 and press enter button on your keyboard.
3) Then comes the Router Configuration Page.
4) If it is asking for Password,do nothing just click submit.
5) Towards your left on the page you will see Wireless. Under that you would also see a sub Heading Channel and SSID.
6) To edit the wireless settings click on Wireless tab in the setup page. You can edit the Wireless network name and wireless channel.
Wireless name (SSID) is the name of your wireless network. The most recommended wireless channel is 6. You can use wireless channel 1 and 11 too.
Now change The SSID,delete the current SSID and give it a new name.
7)To enable wireless security on click on security under wireless tab. And follow the Picture below.
