Question about Washing Machines
The fill switch may have failed or the tube to it broke. Anyway, the machine probably is too full of water for it to start to spin out, so it slips on the belt and that makes noise.
The machine is going to be very heavy if it is overfull, but try to let some water out. Maybe you can just lower the drain hose way down into a bucket and get some water out of it. Once it's low enough, it may be able to pump out the rest. Then you can find out about the fill switch.
If it's not overfull, then some hose came loose or broke.

SOURCE: gentle annie motor wiring
This according to googled results, and somewhat verified by me:
For the Gentle Annie connect the white/orange/green wires together to from a
star point and the three other ends (red, yellow & blue) go to your 3 phase
You can leave the others hanging. Don't form the star point with the wire
that's green with a yellow stripe, that's the chassis earth. The brown,
purple, and brown with black stripe I think are sensing coils, with a star
point connected to the black wire. 1.4ohm each, whereas the main coils are
4.8ohm and apparently rated for 5A.

The high pitched sound is a definite sign that the water valve in use is failing. The squeal is from a restricted water flow through the valve because it is not opening all the way. You will need to choose cold or hot to narrow down which valve is bad and replace that one.

Make sure there is voltage going to the valve solenoids. That is what opens up and lets water into the washer. You will have to open up the top of the washer control. The valve assembly is where the hoses screw in the back. I don't have the technical on it but most likely should be 120V. Sometimes the valve goes bad and won't open up.

In the cradle where the center drum bearing fits is a plastic bearing mounted on a metal bracket. When that plastic bearing wears down the ball begins to contact the metal bracket. Bad things are ahead also. Because now as the drum turn the bracket is cutting into the ball.
