I have a 2008 Yukon Denali. the problem I have is the vehicle is jerking when it slows down and accelerates. I took to GMC dealership and they said I need to replace the left engine mount and I did but the...

Mounts are not the problem! GMC did not do a good job for you. Go to an independent agent with a good reputation and get a full engine evaluation with new test equipment. Either the timing, fuel system, or plugs need attention, that can be evaluated by a good service agent. Forget GMC!

My friend, I don't know what your question is though it is obvious you are upset about something. I don't recognize your question nor your 'handle' and I don't believe I replied to you at any other time.

I can tell you that the people who answer questions here are, by and large competent and caring, reasonable people and reasonably good at what they do. Some are professional and others (like me) learned by doing; I'm just an ordinary guy trying to assist others with their troubles on my day off from the regular job. We are all trying to help folks like you with your problems. I am not compensated in any way for this response to you - I am not an employee of You will have an opportunity to rate my response and of course you can rate this response high or low or in between. Frankly, I would like a good evaluation, but it doesn't affect my bottom line in any manner. I don't know what your problem is so I cannot make a comment to help you, except to say ...

I am sorry you are disappointed with the response you received. If you paid for your response, there are remedies for you through the site. When you opened your account, you were directed to the Terms of Use. You had to indicate you understood the terms and agreed before you could proceed. Several of the terms say basically "... be nice while you are here - no attacks please ..." I now kindly suggest to you that you return to the Terms of Use (link below) and review the method you should follow to get your money back, if you paid for anything, that is. BTW, your comment, this comment, that I am responding to, appears in the "free section" of Normally, paid questions do not appear in this section.

Thank you for your interest in and thanks for the feed back. Be assured that I will try harder when I make my comments to others in the hopes others will not return a comment like this to me.

Thank you and God Day.

Unit saying protect

Generally speaking, since you dn't name the unit, protection is a response to an overload, overheating or a short on the amplifier output end.

If the unit is hot, let it cool and evaluate why it got hot in the first place (lack of ventilation, dead fan, excessively high volume)

If it's not hot, suspect a short. Disconect the speaker wires from the receiver and see if that helps. If so, evaluate the wiring and find that short before reattaching it with power applied. A receiver can only survive so much trauma.

If none of the above resolve the Protection indication, take it to a hands-on tech for evaluation.

Have got v125 and k7s. what freq should i set on back of sub?

Since bass response is heavily dependent on speaker placement and room ineractions that would depend on how everything sounds in YOUR room.

You don't say what the amplification comes from, but if it has a speaker level routine you might use IT or a good bass-rich music program to evaluate the effectiveness and smoothness of the bass response where it crosses over from your main speakers to the sub. Use your Mark.1 Earholes and personal preference to make the best choice.

Where can I get a driver for Windows 7 evaluation. Please don't send me stupid things like "please contact HP co. for further help" I brought the printer from them, I have all my CD's and all the papers...

There is no such thing as "evaluation drivers" available to the public.

First of all, I do not know of any driver code that is not considered to be propriety code. Printer drivers are written to the specifications of the operating system. Windows provides a "Driver Kit" to vendors and they write the code. Window and the Vendors then evaluate the code as beta through Gold levels and finally release customer level code.

I know that any evaluation drivers issued by Lexmark were in house only and only issued to people who were actively testing the operating system and the print drivers.

At last that was the way we did things for the 15 years before I retired in 2005. FYI, if you did let code out to anyone who was not supposed to have it, you could lose your job. No questions asked, you disappeared.
