Question about Xerox Computers & Internet
Prints empty page.Installed driver several times, it didn't solve the problem. Cartridge is new.
Does it sound like it's trying to print or does it just quickly spit out a blank page. If you print something three pages long, do three blank pages come out??
I know this may sound silly, but did you remove the piece of tape that covers the contacts on the new print cartridge?

This error means nothing but incompatible and unsupported driver. It seems you are installing the wrong driver. Actually, almost all drivers related to bluetooth are installed automatically by the windows and it does the same in Windows XP (all service pack). But if the problem persists, first of, go to device manager and do as follows.
[Clarification: The driver you were installing was only for Windows XP Sp2, not for Sp3]
Right-click "My Computer", select "Manage", on the new window, click "Device Manager", locate Bluetooth or any device name with bluetooth in it. Right-click and "Uninstall". After that, check the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs and make sure no blutooth software is installed.
Now once again go to Device Manager and click "Scan for hardware changes" (Scan for hardware changes icon could be clicked only when a device name is selected, if you have problem, click "Action" menu on the Device Manager window) and if any hardware is detected, follow the onscreen instructions, but do as "Recommended" so that it's drivers would be automatically updated by the Windows itself.
If it asks for driver, then leave it as it is, download and extract this (Click here to Download). and direct the search (i.e. Found new hardware search) to the folder where the extracted files are saved.
If you have problem doing all these, simply uninstall the currently installed bluetooth driver/software and install this (Click here) [Note: These two links are similar, so if you've got the first one, no need to download the second.]

I believe the toner cartridge is the problem, try to replace new and it will works fine or bring back the old cartridge to check if it is working,
