Are you you using a wired or wireless connection? It may just a weak signal from your router if you're on a wireless network.

Netflix is on my TV, the Tv came with it. It freezes sometimes when I am watching nextflx

Netflix is a media streaming service and needs a faster ibternet speed so check your internet speed. Wifi is always slower. So maybe try connecting your internet direct to your TV if it is not already. If it is already directly connected check the ibternet speed 10 mg or more is better. If you have Del that may be a slow connection check with your internet. Provider. For a faster download speed.

PROGRAMS PLAYS FOR SHORT WHILE, STOPS AND BUFFERS TO 25, AND THEN WON'T PLAY REST OF PROGRAM.

You have a slow Internet connection. This may be caused be the Streaming Stick being far from the wireless router. The best way to watch Netflix is to have an internet connection of 25/25 Mbps and use a wired (ethernet ) connection to a Roku 3 for example. If you are using DSL that would be a problem because of slow internet speed. Try to imorove the position of the router closer to the Streming Stick if possible. I stream at a distance of 30 ft and it never buffers with a wireless connection to a 720p TV and have a wired connection to a Roku 3 10 a 1080p TV and it works beautifully. Good Luck!

How to make your internet run faster?

There is a lot of things that slow your computer's internet connection. You have to keep your computer optimized, such as cleaning your web browser's cache files and your hard drive could be needing maintenance. Run a few ISP speed tests, Speakeasy,Comcast, are just a few. If you are a wireless connection download this freeware program which can help you find a better connection, Go to http://www.techspot.com/downloads/5936-inssider.html , PS check your internet provider to see how fast a connection your paying for.

Having problems steaming netflix through our TV

It could be buffering when it stops playing your video. You dont need a real fast internet connection but it shouldnt be real slow either. Ive noticed that if you get the basic monthly internet its only providing 3 mbps. Which is slow and will cause the video to buffer. Mine is only a step above at about 7 mbps and I have no problems with buffering. Is this is the case just upgrade to a faster speed through your internet carrier.

if so upgrade to a faster speed.Hope this helped.

Netflix buffering

The buffering problem could be your internet bandwidth. Crackle content is streamed at a lower resolution than Netflix. Netflix movies are mostly HD which they suggest a bandwidth of 5.0 megabits, as opposed to Crackle's SD movies requiring only 1.5 megabits. Check your bandwidth and see if that's your problem....good luck.

Will this work with Comcast broadband and Windows 7?

This modem will work with Comcast High Speed Internet.
You will have to contact Motorola for drivers for the Windows 7.

It does matter how fast your internet speed is,anything faster than 20meg,will need a Docsis 3.0 modem.

While watching tv episodes on comcast, they will start and stop every 5 - 10 seconds.

Your Internet speed is insufficient -- you cannot download the stream fast-enough to play it in "real-time".

So, press "pause", and wait for a few minutes, for the download to progress, and then press "play", to first play the "cached" content.

Or, pay more to Comcast per month to get a faster service.

Or, be sure to close all file-sharing programs, e.g., Limewire & BitTorrent, which consume most of your Internet "band-width", while watching the streamed TV programs.
