Question about Keurig Platinum B70 Coffee Maker
How do I program my Keurig Platinum B70 coffee maker so it does not shut off and how do I choose the cup size
When I had to turn mine off because someone accidentally turned it on these were the steps.
first select menu and click until you get to the auto off or the auto on/off feature
in the auto off feature you just click the flashing button until is states off.
in the auto on/off feature make sure your minutes are at zero and then click the hour button until it states off. Repeat if necessary on the second part then you should be all set.

With unit powered on, Select Menu button, scroll down, and turn "auto off" to off selection. Cup size is selected after you put K Cup in. The display should flash on a default (1 of 5) cup sizes. You can manually change to the size you want. Alternatively, you can select the Menu button and change the default cup size (same process as stated above).

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I too own a Keurig Platinim.. I haven't a solution for your problem but I can tell you that your description of it is right on... I have had the same problem. Every month or two, my Keurig will decide I need a large cup rather than the size I chose. I've found no way to solve it... even unplugging the machine doesn't help. In the end, I remove my Kcup, and let the machine process a large cup of water. After that, it runs perfectly.... well, until the next time the Ghost appears.
