Some selections on the touch pad on my Jenn-air oven aren't working

I have a Jenn-air oven that is 7 years old and recently several of the numbers on the touch pad stopped working. I can only get the 1,2,3, and 7 to work. Other selections are also out. Is there any way I can get a replacement for the control panel and fix it myself? Thank you, Carol Wright

Easy to fix depending on the model number and method of installation. Can direct you to parts if you supply that information and let you know if it's a dyi project or not.

Jenn air expressions double oven

F-7 error code means that the Function Key is stuck or shorted out. You will have to replace the touch pad or if the touch pad is part of the clock, you will have to replace the clock (ERC).

F7 code flashes on jenn aire 27 inch wall oven

The F7 code indicates that the touch pad either has a "stuck" or shorted key. Depending on the oven model, you either need to replace the touch pad or the controller (clock) and the touch pad. (Some Jenn Air appliances sell the two as one unit.)

Please add a comment with your model number to get additional information on the availability and price for the parts. (Parts may be available from a number of suppliers, including jenn-air.partselect.com.)

I hope this helps.

The Jenn-Air Gas Range Electronic touch control 800. The key pad does not work. You can not set the clock or work the oven. Help.

My Jenn Air has the same problem with the computer touchpad. The only temperature I can get to work is from the left hand column, 411 degrees. I don't want to waste another dime on this oven. I've read so many complaints from other owners. No more Jenn Air products for me.

Jenn Air W30400 wall oven does not heat.

Turn off the power to the oven.
Remove the racks.
Remove the BAKE element screws and carefully pull the element out.
Remove the wires from the element, being careful not to let the wires fall back into the oven cavity.
Use a volt meter set for continuity and touch the meter leads to the element terminals.
No reading is a bad element.
Replace the element.
If you do get a reading, the electronic control is bad.

F7 is beeping constantly...fan is also running

We had a similar issue. I assume you have the touch pad keyboard. If you clean this with a rug that produces static it will cause a problem with the touch pad. I replaced ours and it is now working again. You can get this part at repairClinic.com. Our p/n for this was

1008902 Touchpad & control panel assembly (Black) 1 $173.10 $173.10
but make sure you check for the correct part/number to fit your oven! Make sure you disconnect power from the oven before you disassemble anything!

I was very happy with the service from repairClinic.com. I can highly recommend using them!
Good luck!
