The Dry cycle leds on my DSXH47EG1WW flash within the first 20 seconds after starting, they flash for about 2 seconds, go out, then about 10 - 15 seconds flash again for a second, then on the third flashing, the entire dryer stops, and all the mode leds flash. Sometimes it beeps, sometimes not...suspect a control module, but the cost prevents my replacement. Any ideas?
Some times the number of flashes and pauses will be an error code counting them could result in a solution also try turning off the breaker count to 5 turn on see if helps
With an error code. This can reset the system. First unplug the washer and wait a 5 minutes then restart it. If you can't reach the plug, use the breakerto cut the power for 5 minutes.
It's like rebooting your computer when its acting strange! Usually it corrects some error problems if they are not serious. Or they are sometimes just a glitch. Let me know how it works out.

The LEDs begin to flash if one of the following malfunctions occurs:
NTC open (the LEDs flash in sequence from right to left)
NTC short-circuited (the LEDs flash in sequence from right to left)
If the START button is pressed for more than 20 seconds while a cycle is in operation all the LEDs flash.
If the microprocessor identifies one of the conditions listed above, operation of the dryer is interrupted; the LEDs continue to flash in order to warn the user of the malfunction.
If the error is eliminated, the dryer returns to normal operation when the programme selector knob is turned to RESET and the drying cycle is re-selected.
7-1 heating circuit problem control programmed to shut down machine when no rise in water temp during heat cycle, you either have an open heating element or wire burnt a shorted thermistor or a bad control not outputing 120VAC to the heater you can reset the control by placing the machine into diagnostic hit cancel button to turn off all the lights press heated dry-normal, heated dry- normal within 6 seconds lights should come on press cancel unit should start it will run till same part of cycle reached and lock out again if it has not been removed the little black panel below the door remove should have the tech sheet in a plastic pouch which explains how to check the components mentioned earlier,
So this answer is on the same topic of a 2005 Ford Focus keyless entry remote. There is no way to "reset" the code from the vehicle, however you can reprogram an existing or program a new keyless entry remote to your Ford Focus by using these simple instructions:
*** THERE ARE 2 POSSIBLE PROGRAMMING PROCEDURES. ***Procedure #1
Note: Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle.
Note: Do not depress the brake pedal during procedure.
Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the 8th time ending in RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming mode. (Off is the position where you can remove your key, RUN is the position just shy of starting your car.)
Within 20 seconds press any button on the first keyless remote to be programmed. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. If you only have one remote then skip to step 4.
Within 20 seconds, press any button on the second keyless remote. Door locks will cycle again to confirm programming. Repeat step 3. For all other remotes.
Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.
Procedure #2
Note: Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle.1Fasten seat belts and close all doors.
Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 4 times within 6 seconds, with the 4th time ending in RUN. (Off is the position where you can remove your key, RUN is the position just shy of starting your car.)
Turn ignition to OFF. Acoustic signal will sound and system warning lamp will illuminate to confirm programming mode.
Within 10 seconds, press and hold any button on the first keyless remote. Wait for acoustic sound and warning lamp to flash (confirming programming) then release button on remote. Wait 2 seconds but within 10 seconds repeat step 4. For all other remotes. If you only have one remote then continue to step 5.
Turn ignition to Crank or wait 10 seconds to end programming mode.

The 'Start' & 'Pause' LED's will flash together to indicate the
error code. You have to count the flashes within each 15 second period
to get that error code. The start and the pause LED's will flash
together at 1Hz (i.e 1 flash per second) within that 15 second time
frame, then will continue and show again within another 15secs and so
on.
1 Flash = Interlock fault
2 Flashes = Fill time-out
3 flashes = Drain time-out
4 flashes = Overfill fault presure pipe blocked
5 flashes = NTC error
6 flashes = faulty control board
7 flashes = Motor jammed
8 flashes = Tacho fault
9 flashes = Motor triac on module board
10 flashes = Prog Selector or wiring fault
Press these buttons in succession, within 5 seconds: high temp wash, air dry, high temp wash, air dry. If the sequence is entered properly, all of the control panel LED's will illuminate simultaneously. Once this happens, press the cancel button twice. Now you should run a complete cycle again. If the dishwasher actually has a problem, it will fault again (means the unit isn't heating properly). If not, it's business as usual.
