Hy how can i find out whats wrong frigidaire gas. Stove

Grease can get between the push buttons and the contacts underneath. Remove the control, open and clean contacts under the pads with some rubbing alcohol. While its out check the circuit board connectors to make sure none are loose, and have a good look at all the solder joints on the board, its common for them to get loose, if any are loose just re-solder them.

What is error code f13?

The F13 fault code on this type of range indicates that the EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) on the control board is bad. This can be caused by a power surge or glitch through the electrical lines. You can try to reset the control board by completely unplugging the range (or shutting off the breaker) for 5 minutes. If the error code returns after plugging the range back in, then the control board for the range will need to be replaced.

Oven not working after a power outage. Stove top DOES work.

HI, The power surge has, essentially, destroyed your main control boards circuitry. This will happen during a power surge. Most oven control board are not protected from this type of potential damage. To confirm, simply unplug your unit for 5 minutes. Once the five minute reset has passed, simply re- introduce power to the unit, and observe. If you experience the same issues after the five minutes reset, this will confirm the damage to the control board.

It must be replaced if the damage persist after the reset.

Fault code 01 what is it / how to correct?

HI. Essentially, this code will indicate that there is a serious issue with the main control board. Try to reset this board. This can be done, by shutting off the power for five minutes. You can unplug, or shutdown the appropriate circuit breaker for this length of time. Once the five minutes have passed, simply, re- introduce power to the unit, and try to operate normally. If the error code returns, after the reset, kindly replace the damaged main circuit board.

F-1 Board failure. Replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Electronic controls only display 66666 when pressed

HI. this is a major control fault here. You may be able to reverse the issue by unplugging the unit for 5 minutes. If the damage to the control board is not severe, this reset will force the control to reboot, and correct the issue. If the reset dose not produce positive results, simply replace the main control board.

If unplugging the unit is not possible, kindly, shut down the appropriate circuit beaker for five minutes.

Oven not heating

If the element only works partially or not getting red hot at the "Hi" setting, the problem might be with a burned out receptacle that the element plugs into. If this is the case, replace both the element and the receptacle.

You can usually tell when the element itself burns out. It might have small holes or bubbles on the coil. Replace the element, if found defective.

Frigidair Gallery self cleaning stove

Hey charles

This often happens after you have gone through a cleaning cycle. In most cases the relay contacts has been welded shut to one side or burnt off. The relay can be replaced or the contact freed. Otherwise the controller (clock) has to be replaced (easier).

Unplug your power cord from the socket outlet.
remove the back cover where the power cord connection is housed. visually check the connection, expose wire harness might touches the cover somehow. or the cover was dent that causes the bare wire to touched the cover. correct the dent if any, or tighen loose wire.assemble back cover. Reset your circuit breaker to your Stove because the pop sound might trip off your breaker. That should solve the problem.
