Question about Cell Phones
You mean to enable not disable right. Anyways that's a good question is the phone connecting and if it is then you should be able send/receive text and have ingoing/outgoing calls. The simplest task is to turn off the phone and wait for a good 5 seconds for it turn off. Once everything is off then wait for a good 30 seconds in total that's 35 seconds. After the phone has been off for that long then turn it on so the phone boots up and wait if it connects to the network that could just mean that it was just a simple shut down of the phone so that's all you had to do. If you still run into problems then go to a local cell phone store or your provider and tell them that you can't go on the network and is it possible for them to find out. It could also mean for you not having your bill paid for your phone so it basically can be checked if you've recently made payments to your bills and how many months has it not been able to connect to the phone's network. If you check the phone's settings you can see the Phone's Network.
