Have Gibson furnace runs cycle but seems don't get hot enough out of vents check all 115 degrees at vents use to lot hotter old furnace you couldn't stand on vents now you can easily

Is this a gas furnace ? Newer high eff. gas furnaces do have cooler outlet temperatures. The installer should have checked the temperature rise and gas pressure. By adjusting the gas pressure and blower speed you can obtain a higher outlet temp, but you don't want the gas pressure to be higher than the manufacture specs and you don't want the furnace to run outside of the manufactures temp rise specs.

My 2005 Gibson furnace overheats in a really cold night, stops and has to be restarted manually. A 1-square foot hole was cut out to feed more air but the problem persists. What is wrong?

There are over temp and roll out sensors on the unit. They may be weak, or you may have a problem with flame adjustment, etc. Where did you cut that hole? The air flow has to be balanced in the room where the furnace is, if you have the furnace drawing in air from the room and not through the cold air return you run the risk of CARBON MONOXIDE being drawn out of the flue into the air feed and this can poison anyone in the structure.

Amp fuse keeps blowing

The component being protected by the fuse is drawing excessive current - has to be a board or something because the motor always draws more than three amps. Check the units schematic for locating the possible offending board. Must be relatively new since you indicate it is multispeed. Still under warranty?

Gibson LP gas furnace red light flashes 2 blinks

You need to lok up the code for that unit, propane requires a 100% safety pilot and also may have induced draft and proving devices as pressure switches, sail switches or centrifigual switches.
I would suspect a safety or proving device.

Gibson LP furnace flashes 2 flashes

should be a chart on unit that will tell you what this is then you can test the part to see if that is the problem, but most of the trouble codes are roll out switch or main lemited switch on two blinks.

My Gibson Furnace clicks on but no heat comes out.

After four years I do not thing you have an effective warranty even if the company still in business. you need to open it first and clean it from any builod up dust and check the switch to see if it is working (thermostate)
