Free mep code is not possible. So try to get by paying some amount. If you want to unlock your Blackberry Curve 3G 9300 mobile phone from the network lock,I would suggest you to get an unlock code from UnBBlock.com at low price.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Unlocking the phone with 0 attempts is possible. What you can do about it is take it to a good mobile shop, they would set it on grand reset and it would release the hard lock from the phone.
After that, you would have 10 attempts again left on your mobile. Now you can unlock your blackberry from Blackberry unlocking codes with IMEI. They are third party vendor with reliable, CHEAPER and very supportive. I hope it would help.

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way.You will need the unique MEP Code for your Blackberry and to get it you can use a website with service for Blackberry unlocking .so you can use a website to Unlock your Blackberry 9000 online instantly - they are mostly using cables to unlock it and the price is higher then on unlocking websites but the result is the same: SIM free Blackberry.
