#2pdwbb1-595b is system number, I can get into the bios, but need an administrative password
You'll have to open the laptop and remove the coin cell battery for around 10 or 15 minutes before putting it back in. This is no easy job, but it has to be done to erase the password.

try removing the cmos battery for about 10 minutes then replace
