Question about Xerox Phaser 6121 MFP/D laser toner
If it's in warranty engineer. Otherwise check at the back if there's any paper in the fuser, or a sensor in the wrong position. (Fuser get's warm.. for recognition)

You can remove the imaging unit, then
Depending on the stock being used for the job, raise or lower the left and right colored Fuser separator levers. The levers will stay in the raised or lowered position on their own.
the levers are green. The fuser itself is not easy to remove.
Do you have any warranty left on the machine? Or a depot repair agreement?

SOURCE: printer error fuser temp
You will have to replace the fuser. Call 1-800-835-6100 and follow the prompts to purchase parts. It isnt real expensive. Just make sure you still don't have some warranty left on the parts.
