H out put Transistor repet failre

Check the deflection coil winding [horizontal scan] for short. Check and replace all the non-electrolytic capacitors at the horizontal scan output circuit. Look for any loose solder terminals at the horizontal output section. Re-solder all the suspected solder terminals, by applying a little more solder to each solder terminals. Check the LOT [Line Output Transformer] for damage. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

My laptop screen is broken can i replace it?

Unfortunately the cost of a new screen can be unecconomical to the cost of a new laptop but if you can salvage on from an old set that was junked for a harrd disc failre or mother boarrd filrue , ti might turn out reasonable.
So check out in repair shops and you might be lucky
