I would recommend contacting Epson support. Your projector should have a 1-yr manufacture warranty, and they can verify that once you give them the serial number of the projector. In the meantime check your computer cable (if that's the input you're using) for bent pins. You can also apply the "Reset All" option, which restore all the settings back to factory default. However, in some cases the blue LCD panel might have gone out also.
