Question about Televison & Video
When switching tv on keeps going onto standby, eventually it then goes onto elonex screen but flicks off again onto standby. This keeps doing this for 10-15 times then eventually works. This is now getting worse sometimes 20 times before this works.Help any solutions?
It sounds that there is some short circuit with its SCL-SDA rail, at its main digital circuit board. It will be best to contact any service technician, as troubleshooting the main board is a skilled work.

I have a similar problem...
My SONY KE-P42M1 plasma has developed a fault that usually occurs several hours after switch-on. It usually manifests itself as flickering multi-coloured horizontal lines mixed with some static although sometimes this is accompanied by a pulsing strobe effect. It's almost like some kind of interference but it happens on all inputs from different sources.

I finally managed to solve this problem by unplugging everything - scarts - HDD cables - power etc and left it for an hour. When I turned it back on again the problem had sorted itself out.

Hi, this is an issue with a sensor on the power module. To fix it you must replace that part.
