If you switched it on then you have probably blown the "Idiot Diode" on the pcb .It will need replacing.

    was you soldering it in, cuse it's not easy to connect a battery backwards,ans if you did solder it then you burned out the idiot diodl

I put new batteries in Transmitter and never got any temp reading.The unit is less than 2 years old and is not working. Is there anything I can do?

  • Remove all batteries
  • Install new batteries in transmitter
  • Wait for transmitter to initialize and begin transmitting temperature data
  • Install known-good batteries in receiver
  • Observe outdoor temperature reading
If this doesn't work, the transmitter or receiver or both may be defective. I find in very cold weather the transmitter stops sending the temperature.

My Ford Focus car doesn't centrally lock anymore, I have to use the key. It's not the fob battery because I changed it.

Sure you did put in a new battery? sure you did insert it correct? not the other way around? sure you did use the correct battery? like CR23 or AAA?
Sure all contacts in the battery compartment and on the battery are clean and shiny?
just a few things you could check.

How do i ? ive a 2012 chery j11 and iam unable to find any info on how to program the keyless remote for it please help regards Dan

The Service Manual says this...
Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Inoperative
No Response From Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Transmitter
• Check battery of the RKE transmitter.
Is the battery voltage of the RKE transmitter normal?
Yes >> Go to the next step.
No >> This concern has been caused by the transmitter battery.
Go to step 4.
• Check the ignition lock cylinder for proper operation.
Is the check result normal?
Yes >> Go to the next step.
No >> Repair or replace the ignition lock cylinder key switch.
• Close all the doors.
• Insert the ignition key into the ignition switch which has lost synchronization in LOCK position.
• Press any button on the RKE transmitter within 5 seconds.
• Pull the ignition key out of the ignition switch.
• Try to operate the RKE transmitter.
Does the RKE transmitter operate properly?
Yes >> Erase all codes before returning the vehicle to the customer.
No >> Go to the next step.
• Replace the RKE transmitter.
• Connect the X-431 scan tool to the Data Link Connector (DLC), press the POWER key to start the X-431 (use the most current software available).
• Turn ignition switch on.
? Enter the Diagnostic Program.
? Select Chery main program.
? Select diagnostic version.
? Enter download program.
? Select T11 series, and then select ISU.
? Select Remoter Match.
• Press the lock button on the RKE transmitter for less than 2 seconds.
• Pull out the ignition switch.
• Try to operate the RKE transmitter.
Does the RKE transmitter operate properly?
Yes >> Erase all codes before returning the vehicle to the customer.
The concern was caused by the RKE transmitter.
No >> Replace the FBCM (See FBCM Removal & Installation in Section 15 Body & Accessories).
Refer to the RKE transmitter match procedure with X-431 as the description.
Perform match between the RKE transmitter and FBCM with X-431.

I have already try putting in new batteries and taken out of the clock and the trasmitter and still dont work what can i do now its a SioScan Temperature Transmitter 433 MHz

This type of device requires battery installation in the transmitter first, then a brief wait for the transmitter to begin sending temperature data. Once the transmitter begis sending data, install batteries in the "receiver" and check for temperature display.

Standby power does not work

The question is confusing. What did you replace the battery in, the battery back up power supply or the transmitter? The 300MC is just the transmitter and changing that battery has nothing to do with whether the main power unit will function if you unplug it. Now, if you replaced the large battery in the opener itself, it needs to fully charge before it will function properly so give it about 24 hours to charge with the power cord plugged in and then try again. It should work IF you attached the wires to the CORRECT terminals on the battery, positive to positive and negative to negative. If you did not, reverse them, allow the battery to charge 24 hours plugged in and try again. If you installed it in reverse there is a chance you fried the circuit board and that means you will not be able to use the backup feature although the opener may function normally without it.

it needs to be designed for that particular transmitter, four cells, reverse polarity to Futaba and Hitec

Logitech key board inop, changed batteries still not working

Don't forget to synch it with the transmitter after you replace the batteries : hit the button on the transmitter so it blinks an dthen hit the connect button on the underside of the keyboard.

Set the keyless entry

TS06 DEC 05 Keyless Entry - Transmitter(s) Inoperative

There was a recall in DEC. 05 for this particular vehicles remote transmitter system....though im not sure if they would do service free of charge now...

Moving along...if you have no working transmitter, you have to do the following to get it working again:

* Ensure vehicle audio PIN number is known or audio PIN security system is deactivated prior to battery disconnection.
* Ensure a door is open
* Disconnect the negative battery cable, wait minimum 5 seconds then reconnect
* Within 20 seconds of reconnecting the battery cable, insert the keyin ignition then cycle the ignition key from the "ACC" position to the"ON" position 20 times, leaving the key in the "OFF" position after thetwentieth turn.
* the vehicle's indicators will flash 20 times to indicate successfulentry. NOTE: Should the indicators fail to flash, wait 5 seconds thenquickly turn the ignition switch from the "ACC" to "ON" position 10times, leave the ignition "OFF" after the 10th turn and wait 15 secondsthen recycle the ignition switch 20 times.
* the vehicle's indicators will flash 20 times to indicate successful entry.
* within 10 seconds of the indicators having ceased flashing, press the button once on each transmitter.
* turn the ignition key to the "ON" position to lock in and exit from the programming mode.

And if you have even 1 transmitter that does work, its not nearly as difficult:

* ensure a door is open
* remove key from ignition
* lock the doors using the transmitter
* unlock the doors using the transmitter

Within 20 seconds of unlocking, insert key in ignition, turn theignition key from the "ACC" position to the "ON" position 20 times,leaving the key in the "OFF" position after the twentieth turn.

The vehicle's indicators will flash 20 times to indicate successful entry.

Within 10 seconds of the indicators having ceased flashing, press thebutton once on each transmitter. Once finished, turn the ignition keyto the "ON" position to lock in and exit from the programming mode.
