Hi,
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Mechanic (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Please explain/summaries chapter 7

"Chapter 7, also called "liquidation" or "straight bankruptcy," is the process by which a debtor's assets are sold, creditors receive payment, and you are then free from your debts."

Source: http://bankruptcy.findlaw.com/chapter-7.html

"Chapter 7 of the Title 11 of the United States Code (Bankruptcy Code) governs the process of liquidation under the bankruptcy laws of the United States (In contrast, Chapters 11 and 13 govern the process of reorganization of a debtor in bankruptcy). Chapter 7 is the most common form of bankruptcy in the United States."

Source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapter_7,_Title_11,_United_States_Code

"A chapter 7 bankruptcy case does not involve the filing of a plan of repayment as in chapter 13. Instead, the bankruptcy trustee gathers and sells the debtor's nonexempt assets and uses the proceeds of such assets to pay holders of claims (creditors) in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Code."

What is time lapse imaging?

The embryo-scope ( Time Lapse Imaging) is an incubator with a built in microscope and camera that observes the embryos and takes pictures for each embryo every 10-20 minutes (Time Lapse Imaging). By reviewing these pictures and the video recording we can closely monitor the progress of the embryos to select the best ones to be replaced. You can get more information about Time Lapse Imaging by clicking on : Fertility Test London.

GOOD DAY! I have a question regarding my wife purchase a refrigerator.ref.model NR-A5610A,The agreement is 1mo.to pay but it lapse 2working days.My question is. It is reasonable to have a penalty?

This is an opinion, NOT lagal advice. You are on a technical forum here and I think you probably need legal advice not technical help. That said, for what it's worth, here's my opinion:

Sorry to say that the simple answer is in your question. You have an agreement to pay in 1 month, you didn't meet the terms of the agreement. If you didn't meet the terms then you have defaulted on the agreement. You are now governed by the terms of any default clause, which may be a penalty, reposession or some other resolution.

It's reasonable to have a penalty. If there's a penalty clause then it's probably legally enforceable as well. Whether it's morally right is another question. Your best bet is to have a pleasant and reasonable discussion with the creditor (recognising that you ARE in the wrong) and ask for them to treat you lienently. If you ask nicely and play on their humanity, you have a far better chance than if you go in all guns blazing about how unfair the situation is.

Like I say, just my opinion. Hope it helps

What is debitor and creditor. what is accounting principales, how many types of accounting. give me example for tally problems.

Debtor owes you money. For example, your business sold a product to Mr Smith. Let us say he has 30 days to pay the money. So Mr Smith is called a Debtor to your business.
Creditor is someone whom your business owe money. Examples would be a bank from which you borrowed money, still not yet paid off
OR another business from which you purchased something, not paid the invoice it.
You need a Basic Book keeping book (Grab one from a High School student) to learn these. Also have a look at this website to learn some accounting terminology.

You will find many others on the web.
Hope this is helpful to you. Best of luck.
