i have a lexmark 1200 series and it will print but wont scan.

Same problem. My Lexmark x1185 will print fine. but will not scan no matter what I try.

Can not get my printer, to copy, or scan. It does print though.

I HAVE LEXMARK 1200 SERIES-IT WILL PRINT BUT NOT COPY OR SCAN -MY COMPUTER STATES CORRECT DRIVERS ARE DOWNLOADED FOR VISTA-BUT I GET A MESSAGE THE AIOC IS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR DEVICE

I'm using the lexmark program to attempt a scan and it activates the device however after 30 seconds or so it says communication failed. All drivers are insatalled but I am running Vista.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
