Question about Disney Interactive Disney's Toontown Online for Windows
My computer shuts down in the middle of the game, no warning, no nothing, it just shuts down. It only happens while playing Toontown, not while using any other programs or the internet. How do I fix this? I don't run any other programs while running the game.
Try to uninstall the program and reinstall it. Normally, this happens due to insufficient memory resources like video memory is insufficient and the system RAM.

Make sure in your "internet options" you have it set not to "delete browsing history on exit" AND you have enough disk space to use in your Temp internet files (choose "settings" under browsing history to change amount of disk space used)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
