SOURCE: Roland EP3 Piano. Power supply

The damage will probably not go beyond the power input and regulaltor area. Should be fixable.

Roland ac 60 sudden loss of power. Is it the fuse?

If you mean it's completely dead, no lights or anything, then probably the fuse is blown. The question then becomes"what caused the fuse tio blow?".
If however, by loss of power you mean it's quiter but still producing sound, then the fuse is not blown.

Roland r8 has flashing green light

Are you using the correct AC adapter? An aftermarket unit will do this if the power is insufficient, or the polarity is wrong (- / +). If you're using an aftermarket unit, it may not be providing the right amount of Amps and Voltage to the unit; causing the display to blink. You can try this cord to help: http://www.powerpayless.com/ac-power-adapter-for-roland-r-8-r8-drum-machine.html

have a look here:

although it doesn't mention the fuse you will probably find it. Sometimes there is a fuse access on the outer case.

I need the schematics for the Roland CK-60 amp or the wire diagram.

This MIGHT be close to your unit... it is for the KC-100... they often use the same circuitry.

Scroll down to the "Get Manual" and click on it to download. There may be slight variations but these amps are simple enough to troubleshoot. USE the old trick of putting an incandescent lamp of say 100 watts in series with the power input to act as resetable fuse and save fuses when powering up after a repair.

My amp stopped working after 2 days from the day bought it. It stayed on standby for a while, about ten to fifteen minutes, but once I switched it on it started humming and making crack and pop noises.I...

Take it back for warranty replacement or repair since you only had it for 2 days. Since there is burnt smell this could be very serious problem. Probably a fuse blew due to any of several problems.

The pilot light runs off a rectified output of the power transformer but it is fused. There are three sopplies from the transformer and any of those could have a short and blow the main fuse or their individual fuses.

Take it in as I stated as this is NOT DIY repair. There are high voltages in this unit and if one is not adept at electronics you probably would not be able to repair it anyway.

HI My Rowland Kc60 suddenly has no power. I presume it is shorted out...can I replace the fuse myself, and if so - where and what fuse do I buy and how do I access it on the amp?

Here is a link to the manual:http://lib.roland.co.jp/support/en/manuals/res/1811247/KC-60_e2.pdf Page 9 states that there is a protection circuit built into the power supply. Follow the directions for turning the power on in the manual. If the amp doesn't power up you will have to have it serviced by a qualified Roland tech as there is likely to be some damaged circuitry that won't be repairable without the schematic, parts and safe repair procedures.

I have no cable for my Roland E-86. Witch one sould i buy??? tank you.

If you mean power adapter, it is a 12 volt 2 amp one and I don't know which polarity.
Here is an Ebay seller that has them for the E86:

http://cgi.ebay.com/AC-power-adapter-4-Roland-E-86-E86-Keyboard-Synthesizer-/110432738764?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19b64dddcc

If it is the audio cable you are after, just get a standard INSTRUMENT cable (not speaker cable) with 1/4 inch plugs.
