Hello there. This works on most Samsung phones I work on. Enter *2767*3855# (resets the eprom) enter *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (unlocks the security setting and sets security code to 8 zeros) enter #7465625*638*00000000# (confirms security code changed to 8 zeros) Your security code is 8 zeros. To change the code, repeat the procedure replacing the string of 8 zeros with your security code. Happy hacking. If this does not work for your phone repost with your results and we can try other ways. Please rate me if this helps. Thanks for allowing me to serve you on Fixya.com

Either you can contact the Samsung support for help and estimate or get in touch with your service prrovider. There are many sites that offer help but they are not for free.
