Question about Ionic Pro 901P2RIP04 Air Purifier
Took mine apart,was very dirty inside . there is a three prong probe in the base that was completely covered with dust . after cleaning , i reassembled it and wala! it works

I have the same problem. I have cleaned the steel plates as best I can and after I give them time to dry I put them back in but I still get a red light on the Ionizer.

My ionic pro did the same, the red light just wouldnt go out, so I looked down the plate opening, (with unit unplugged), and could see one of the wires was broken. (these are the ones you clean by pulling up that plastic tab). I am currently looking for replacement wires, will post my progress. GregV
