This error can't be reset, it is a repair job. The code mostly means that the carbon brushes are end of life. You can replace them yourselves with new spare parts.

A factory reset would not help you. Sorry. Check heating element, heating sensor. Faulty wash pump could also be the issue.

Managed to work out how to do the hard reset myself. Hold down Enter and press the reset button in the back of the phone. Works great now.

Fujitsu Siemens have a tech online contact point where you can advise them of the problem. The Hard Reset has always worked for me - do you get the option of "Factory Default" show - if not then you have not done the hard reset properly. Depress Enter and use the stylus to press the reset button in the rear. Good luck

Press and hold the Power Button + Reset button simultaneously and that will give you a Hard Reset.

Check hard reset. Turn off your pda and hold on the turn on button as same time you make you normal reset.
