Question about Saeco Syntia Espresso Machine & Coffee Maker
After I turn it ON, it's rising than a spanner display. But can not any coffee.

sounds like the thermal resistor may be going bad.
Only way to get this fixed is having it sent out to a service center. Machine needs to be opened up and the resistor and a few sensor's need to be checked.

Do you get coffee? If it is just no water/steam, could be a blockge in the steam wand, or blockage in water lines. First test easy one - the steam wand. If the steam wand is o.k- then check for blockages in water lines/components ( pump, boiler, steam boiler). If you do not feel confortable with testing all the untis where water flows, contact Saeco USA Inc. to locate a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : firstname.lastname@example.org

Sounds like early stage of stripped gears in Gear assembly or faulty Main electronic board. These are the 2 most common problems.

Me too have a syntia, but I never saw this error message.
What kind of symbol do you see?

The red icon on front is the call for water, is your machine full? If so the majority of the times it is do to a clogged filter (usually a small metal perforated disk) Check to assure it is fully cleaned, for very difficult clogs soak or you can use a safety pin to clear the more difficult holes. It could also be a scale build up issues so you can perform de-scaling of the machine two - three times one every day and
try to draw out the dissolve water and de-scaling solution in steps with 5 -10
minutes interval. This will give more time to the solution to dissolve the sale
build up in your machine. You can also try a reset. remove the water tank.
Remove power plug and keep aside, Now attach the tank back and test after 1 hour so that it is reset. If this does not clear your Icon after making sure the water tank is full. Then a service call will need to be done as there is some issue with either a sensor or possibly the boiler which has to be perfomed by a trained technician.
