Would try a near fit as these things are no longer being made. You could also try ebay and see if somebody has one or parts for one.

Most only have a limited 30 day warranty. Best to just replace it or just the cracked crock.

Replacement pot

I have a Tricity TSC09 6 litre Slow Cooker and I just love it its so handy. I smashed the lid and was so gutted I tried for hours online to find a replacement lid with no luck. I went shopping and bought a very cheap 6 to 7 Quart or 6 to 6.5 litre Slow cooker / Crock pot of the same shape the removable pot and lid fit. I bought a cookworks, signature, 24 euro 6.5 litre oval dog standard slow cooker and the lid fit, now I also have a removable pot replacement as well just in case I smash that too. Try that if you cant find spares as its a cheap enough option.

I went shopping and bought a very cheap 6 to 7 Quart or 6 to 6.5 litre Slow cooker / Crock pot of roughly the same size shape the removable pot and lid fit. Try that its a cheap option if it a good slow cooker and you cant get spares. You can always bring it back to the shop if it does not fit.

The outside of my slow cooker gets very hot, is that normal? Also, on the low setting the ingredients seem to at a pretty high boil.

Yes, many models have hot outsides. To check temp, fill with water, put on low for 1 hour, check with an instant read thermometer. If it is over about 200 (normal low temp), your pot is running very hot.
