Put new slave in as leaking. adjusted clutch pedal. wont go into gear when car on but will when off

Sounds like either air in the system, or to much free play/travel on the pedal...

Bleed system make sure free of air...

You only want approximately 1 1/2 " of free travel at the pedal... Assuming you made the adjustment at the slave cylinder pushrod??..

I took the screw and top off faucetbut cant take the cylinder out

You need to pry it out slowly with a small flat screwdriver under the sides. Do not damage it. If it resists, don't force it.

I just installed a new key switch in my 2006 trailblazer it is a napa part now when I start it it will only run for a few seconds and die ?

That is because of the vehicle theft deterrent system ! Do you have a security light lit on the instrument cluster ?
The Passlock?"¢ System is provided in order to prevent vehicle theft if the ignition lock cylinder is forced to rotate or the ignition switch is operated while separated from the ignition lock cylinder case. If starting is attempted without authorization from the Passlock?"¢ System, the powertrain control module (PCM) will disable engine starting. Start disable may be in the form of fuel disable or starter disable, depending on engine application.
The components of the Passlock?"¢ System are as follows:
?€¢
The ignition lock cylinder and key

?€¢
The ignition lock cylinder case, including the Passlock?"¢ sensor

?€¢
The ignition switch

?€¢
The body control module (BCM)

?€¢
The security indicator on the instrument cluster

?€¢
The powertrain control module (PCM)

Ignition Lock Cylinder Case, Including the Passlock?"¢ Sensor
The ignition lock cylinder fits inside the ignition lock cylinder case and operates the ignition switch when turned by a key with the proper mechanical cut. When the ignition key is used to turn the ignition lock cylinder to crank, start, a magnet on the lock cylinder passes close to the Passlock?"¢ sensor within the ignition lock cylinder case. The magnet activates the security hall effect sensor in the Passlock?"¢ sensor which completes a circuit from the security sensor signal circuit through a resistor to the security sensor low reference circuit. The resistance value will vary from vehicle to vehicle.
If a magnet from outside of the ignition lock cylinder case is used to attempt to steal the vehicle, the tamper hall effect sensor will be activated. This completes a circuit from the security sensor signal circuit through a tamper resistor to the security sensor low reference circuit bypassing the security resistor. If the ignition switch is forced to rotate without the correct key, or if the ignition lock cylinder is removed by force, the Passlock?"¢ sensor will be damaged and will not operate.

Hobart A200 mixer. 1st gear has no torque, I can stop it by hand. I found the key sheared on the low speed gear(flat gear, beveled gear part wasn't sheared). I replaced the key, & it sheared it again...

Ed, if you continue to do it yourself, the end result will be tossing good money out. Have a professional check the system and save the unit from permanent damage. Chipping parts of a gear off means a serious resistance force or action has occurred. One force is slowing down as the other is speeding up. Gear alignment can be moved off center, or a sudden application (sudden stop or start) can damage the least resistant parts. For example, when a hook turns within the mixing chamber and the resistance of the content is too great on the turning shaft and gears, which ever part is weakest will break. Complicated I guess.

How stiff should your clutch be more or less? should it go flat against the floor without any force been used or should there be a bit of resistance and will it not have any negative effect on your gear...

The pressure plate has tension and the slave cylinder may have a return spring, both of which should return your pedal to the up position. If your pedal is not returning, then you have a clutch problem or your hydraulic clutch system has sprung a leak. There is a master cylinder, a short line, and a slave cylinder, any of which can be bad.

What should a multimeter read on a continuity test on the coil packs? i'm getting 1.9,1.7,1.7

The multimeter can read the resistance and if it is not open or shorted out, I'd say that your readings are in the normal range, comparing each resistance with each other + or - 10%.

I looked up the resistance readings on my online resource, but they did not list it specifically.
---
I looked up the following on autozone.com:

There are 3 dual-tower ignition coils that are part of the ignition control module (ICM). The ICM contains coil driver circuits that command the coils to operate. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) controls each dual-tower ignition coil by transmitting timing pulses on the ignition coil control circuit to the ICM for the proper coil to enable a spark event.
  1. Inspect the spark plug wires for proper orientation.
  2. With the ignition OFF, remove the fuel pump relay.
  3. Crank the engine and test for a strong spark on each cylinder spark plug wire using a suitable spark plug tester. Ground the companion cylinder spark plug wire of each cylinder when it is tested.

If a strong bright blue spark is present on all of the cylinders, remove and inspect all of the spark plugs for proper torque, proper gap, wear, damage, and fouling. Replace the spark plugs if necessary. If there is no spark on any of the cylinders, test the ignition voltage circuit of the Ignition Coil Module (ICM) for an open/high resistance or short to ground, or test the ground circuit of the ICM for an open/high resistance, or a faulty ICM. The wire circuit resistance should measure less than 3 ohms. If there is no spark on any of the cylinders, or spark is weak or intermittent, test the IC circuit for an open/high resistance, or a faulty ICM. The wire circuit resistance should measure less than 3 ohms. If spark is present on one or more of the cylinders, inspect and test the spark plug wires for arching, cuts, rubbing on other components, and proper resistance. If all tests are normal, then the system is operating correctly.

DeWalt51321 roofer.The driver won't retract all

You need to check the piston oring for damage. If the driver slides through the cylinder without much resistance this is part of the problem, if not all of the problem. Check the cylinder for scarring on the inside where the driver travels. If you see long scratches the cylinder needs to be honed out or replaced plus the driver oring replaced. You also need to check the two o-rings at the bottom section of the cylinder. These will be in grooves on the cylinder which will have holes behind one of them. If these are weak they will not be sealing off the air well enough to return the driver. Air goes through these holes on the down stroke then it seals so the pressure built up in the lower chamber will force the driver back up. To replace the driver o-ring and the 2 lower cylinder orings would be about $5. You may want to try this before getting the o-ring kit. An o-ring kit is $42. If you cannot locate the problem individually you may want to replace all the o-rings in the kit. This should solve your problem as long as there is no scarring in the cylinder. Any questions please post back
