Your problem is stuck keys in your T.V. It usually just needs cleaning, BUT it is hard to clean, because you gonna have to open up the whole TV. I advice you just buy a new remote from JVC or just buy a "Universal Remote".
There is a board inside that Galaxy radio called a PCB board. When they go bad they freeze on the frequency they are on. Replace that board and this should take care of the problem. I trust Maycomm Communications for all my Galaxy repair parts needs. http://maycomcomm.com/
looks like you change channels too much, with the result the inside rubber contacts have eroded. if you know how to open it and clean the channel contact with alcohol and put everything back together. most remotes have screws in the battery compartment, but you have to pry open CAREFULLY but pressing side cover joints for hook to be pushed in with gentle pressure. you may have to use two flat screw drivers to pry open side. This may or may not work depending on what and how you do it. Experts can do it.sometimes i have to put silver foil inside to make it work. GL
If you can't opoen gallery too,Usually its a hardware problem.so to fix the problem are changing bluetooth module itself.or you can reheat first in some case its works. But if you still can open gallery its mean a software problem. Good luck.
