The receiver will not turn back on

If it does not light up at all it is probably the power fuse right on the AC line. If it lights up with no sound it is probably a speaker protection fuse or breaker. Unlike some older equipment the fuse is not accessible without opening up the unit.

Hello i have a marantz receiver sr7400 fuse

Unplug the unit. Carefully unscrew the screws for the case. Probably 4 screws, 2 on each side of the unit. Remove the cover. Look for the fuses, and replace with exact same type/specs of the faulty fuse. If the fuse, is on a printed circuit board, be careful dislodging the fuse. Hope this helps.

I own a KLH R7000 receiver and need to know what kinda fuse i need to replace mine? thanks for your help.

Take the top cover off with the unit unplugged, you will see the fuse just beside the big capacitors, diodes and the power transformer(and fuse current rating is written on the board) . The problem with your receiver is worse than a fuse I suspect. So, before replacing the fuse check for short circuit. If there is a short circuit specially power amp section(which is common to fail) the problem might get worse when you rplace the fuse without checking it. :)

HTR-5280 Receiver Fuse Blown

the fuse rating should be printed at the back near the fuse holder itself. If it opens the fuse again and again probably you have a circuit loading problem in the receiver...either one of the amps is failing.

My amp wont turn on

first check the fuse located on the back and if your receiver does not have a fuse on the back then open the receiver and check the fuse inside. 80% of the problems are fixed by a fuse replacement

My jvc receiver has blown fuse if i replace the fuse and it blows again what else could be blowing the fuse

blowing fuse only indicates that there is power surges in your area. in order to avoid blowing your fuse again. you may need to a have a surge supressor and auto voltage regulator used for your receiver and any appliance that may need it.
