Question about Ricoh CL4000DN Laser Printer
I have a ricoh cl4000 and i get an error sc364 and sc361?
Sc 361 Magenta TD sensor (pcu)
sc 364 Black TD sensor (pcu)
check if the pcu's are in position tight

in both cases change the drums for each ( I would do them all)

Sc361 is a magenta density error, and sc364 is a black density error. My guess is you haven't replaced the photoconductor units (PCUs) in a long time? Your best bet is to replace at least the two PCUs in question, but it's probably a good idea to replace all four while you're at it.
