There is a line from the defroster catch pan, up under the freezer, to an evaporation pan, down under the bottom. If it becomes clogged with dirt, bugs, whatever, the catch pan will overflow, and leave a puddle on the floor. Find it and unclog it.

It sounds as though you may have an issue with the defrost system. If the system check shows an open circuit on the frost heater or an open circuit for the defrost thermostat when the temp in the freezer is at zero then you will get this problem.
I would keep an eye on it for a couple days and see if frost starts to accumulate on the rear wall of the freezer. If so you will manually have to defrost the freezer so the machine can maintain temperature. When you have the rear wall removed from the freezer you will need to check the resistance of the defrost heater.
Let me know how you make out and if you have anymore questions. Thanks,

Testimonial: "Now that's a response! If the monitor lite starts flashing again, I will take ur advice. It's enclsd in a wall so it just might need air circulation"
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
It does a lot of clicking (trying to start over and over again)
If thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
I use part no ERP410 POWER START RELAY, CAPACITOR AND OVERLOAD all in one. (110 v)
