Fuser is low temp. reset in service mode, if code comes back do not reset as this deals with fuser the hot part can catch on fire

Check that the H1[ fuser lamp] comes on when the Main Power
Switch is set to ON, and correct or replace as necessary.

Check your bypass tray, the tray is on the right side of the machine, the tray flips out for legal and 11x17 paper sizes. Check that there is nothing jamed inside, code says that the tray can't lift. so check for anything jamed inside down there. As to reset the code open then close the front door where you put the toner. Turning the machine on and off will not reset the code. but open and closing the front door will clear about 80% of the service codes.

I have a Konica bizhub c351 with and error code of c0211. I took the back off and played with the black motor that lifts the tray. The tray moves freely and the motor seems to move freely. When I turn the machine on it does not go through any kind of check like it did before it just goes to the same screen. Is there a way to reset this to get it going again to test if there is still a problem

C03FF, is the improper or unmatched model setting code.
go to "service mode"
In service mode please select "ADJUST"
in "ADJUST" please select "Model Setting"
in "Model Setting" select the cpm, (Copy speed) of your machine, for example if you have bizhub 210, then select "21" from the list.
if you have bizhub 163 then select "16" from the list and press "yes" button.
code will remove.
