SOURCE: have a magnum air compressor

Yes. There should be a label on the motor indicating how to wire it for either voltage, something like the one shown here (which is also reversible - if yours is reversible, be sure you get the correct direction if you are going to change the wiring.) http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=681437 The label is sometimes under the cover where you connect the wires. If not, you should be able to find a wiring diagram for it on-line once you determine the model number of the motor. Good luck, Al K

When I plug my Magnum 2 HP 5 gallon compressor in, it blows out oil out of the red plug that you put oil in

Could be you are filling it too much, such as to the top of the oil hole instead of the bottom of the hole. I suggest you check the manual.

Perhaps the compressor isn't level or perhaps the crankcase breather is blocked or not working properly or perhaps there is too much piston blow-by for the breather to cope with.
Good luck!

Supply tub to tank

That is really not a hard part to find. You should be able to remove the broken one and take the whole tube into a hardware store and they can replace it for you. It should be a copper tubing with flare nuts on the ends. If not please post the model number of the compressor

I need a pressure regulator fo a AC0205TT/03902 compressor

Pressure regulators are somewhat universal and can be replaced based on the pipe fitting size and or the pressure cut-out if you are talking about the pressure switch. No need to use factory parts. In many cases, the generic part will cost much less. To get an idea about sizes and prices, search ebay for regulator that looks like may fit and handle the pressure and volume needed. Lowes sells a line of pressure regulators that may work.

Keeps blowing out the fluid from the plugs pin hole.

Hi canrxmi...
The fluid you see I suspect is water that has been compressed out of the air...because of the tempreture difference between the intake and exaust air...this helps bleed water from before it gets to the tank.

I need to add oil but don't know know what kind. I don't have a user manual George t

Most oil producers publish helpful application catalogues for their products. Some companies even dispense with technical specification and label simply "Compressor Oil" which removes much guesswork.

In the case of difficulty most larger towns will have a small company supplying all manner of hoses, pipes, seals, connectors and general trade and industrial requisites and often carrying out hydraulic repairs. Specialised lubricants are routine business for such companies.

Where can I find a replacement part? The aluminum female threaded inlet attached to the underside of the on/off switch has been split out trying to remove a broken air chuck. Thanks for any assistance.

Manual is here:

Note, not all parts are available for direct OEM replacement. Sounds like the Regulator or Valve that you are describing. Call the Manufacturer distributor for more info: Homier 800-348-5004

Otherwise most of those parts are interchangeable. Stop by your local hardware store.

I have a model FP209501 Air Compressor 2 Gallon,

2 gallons is small to begin with u need to buy an in line pressure adjuster/regulator their a few bucks and can be attached to the paint gun or line and will keep the pressure at ur adjustment the regulator on the tank sets the tank pressure at 50 so when u us it will let it drop down to about 45 than start up to build the pressure up to 50 than shuts off than repeats it self the inline keeps pressure steady even if tanks are at 200 psi
