If you don't want to remove the back of the watch yourself, take it to a jewellers shop and ask them to help. They will remove the back, replace the battery and they should give you the number of the battery so you know for next time.

I don't understand why there are so many "what battery for my watch" questions.
If you're asking the question, then it's a fair assumption that you intend to change the battery yourself. But then, if you're going to get the back off the watch to do that, you'll find out what sort of battery is in there anyway.
Assuming that you have all the necessary skills to replace the battery without trashing the watch, you don't need to ask the question in the first place.
If you don't have the necessary skills, take it to a local watch shop or jewellers, and get a professional job done for not a lot of money - buying a replacement watch is a lot more expensive!
Apologies to anyone who's bought a used watch only to find it has no battery in it, but the solution is the same - take it to a jewellers and let them figure out what battery it takes. If they damage the watch you've got recompense, if you damage the watch then you've got expense.
