SOURCE: changing oven light bulb
The manual states to turn the cover counter clockwise. I was able to turn it about an inch and then it stopped turning. You really have to apply pressure, but it will turn more. It is similar to a tight light fixture. I was worried about breaking it, but it did finally loosen. I believe the replacement bulb is a 40 watt mini oven bulb also...
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Clean Oven Door Glass
Using a long stick/tool, attach a cloth to the end. Remove the drawer and look up at the oven door. There are 2- 3 openings that are big enough for you to reach the mess. Make sure that whatever you are using to clean the glass will not stay stuck inside, so make sure its attached securely. I used the end of back scratcher with a thin cloth attached to it. After a few attempts, I was able to completely remove the stain that was caught between the two panels. AND... I didn't need to remove any screws or dismantle the door. This could void your warranty.

SOURCE: oven light
Turn the power off to the oven. Spray around the bulb base / socket with Pam or similar spray cooking oil. Will take several applications. Bulb should free up -- may take a couple of hours for oil to seep into socket far enough to loosen it. Use oil liberally.
