Can't copy files from pc to player

I Have a coby mpc855 player
I lost the instructions....
I was trying to copy some additional songs to the player and I get the message that is is copy protected... Didn't have any trouble previous.
I've changed the usb settings between MSC and MTP without any luck. Don't remember having any problems before. Any help would be appreciated. Also, know of any place I can download the instructions
