SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Video capturing problem

I first got the Elgato Video Capture device for my Mac, I was hard-pressed to find any info on the initial problem I was having of trying to see what I was recording while playing my NES. All of the posts on forums were from years ago, and none of them helped me out at all.
Hopefully I can help out someone who has the same problem, and maybe make their life a little easier while trying to capture their NES footage.

I had the same problem. I attempted to solve it by using two EZYcaps with the idea of splitting the sound and video streams but as they use the same driver that didn't work. Splitting the video and sound inputs to two USB ports is the key to success. What did work was when I tried plugging in an old USB SoundBlaster sound stick. It is a little thing like a thumb drive but with two mini jacks, one for mic and one for earphones. I plug the mic into the SoundBlaster and the S-Video into the EzyCap. As the SoundBlaster uses a different driver they don't clash.
I also use "SplitCam" to put it all back together and stream the whole lot to the internet. Split Cam also lets me stream to inSpeak video chat while I also stream to Livestream. check out the results on www bgemc.org site. The second EzyCap sits as a spare in my bag. I also audio record the service at the same time. This is all done through a Toshiba Satellite laptop. CPU usage is usually below 30% often down to 10%. By the way I used to use ManyCAM and U-Stream but didn't get good results. All the best. Malachi.

Copy from VCR to computer

Yes it can. You just need a video capture device. Something like this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/EZCAP-TV-116-Converter-Camcorders-Playstation/dp/B006QZ97DY/ref=sr_1_1?s=software&ie=UTF8&qid=1391269041&sr=1-1&keywords=video+capture

For the best picture quality use a the S-Video output of your video if it has one.

I ordered VHS2DVD and received a DVD with that title, but also a DVD titled EzCAP. Ran the first which was a tutorial, then loaded EzCAP. Video capture seems to work except I get no audio. How can I...

I got the same system. The instructions in the PDF manual say you do not need the EzCAP Disk. I can capture video, but no audio. The trouble shooting site tells me if I have only one audio output on my VCR, I need to get an RCA signal combiner from Cables 2 Go. I am going to try Radio Shack first. That might be the solution. check cable connections. make sure connections are tight... also if you have satellite press "input, tv/video, source, or a/v" button on remote that came w/ tv. also check to make sure tv is set to ch 3 or ch 4 depending on how the satellite box is set (it will be on the back of the satellite box)
