The F2 problem in Asko dishwasher is due to the high water level condition.The reason is bad water pump or a defective water inlet valve. you should try replacing this and your problem will be fixed.

Rotor is not moving. Remove the spray arm, filters and the rotor, check for debris. Rotor impeller should turn if you try to turn it manually. If it does not - replace the rotor. Here is your part: http://www.fisherpaykelparts.net/ecart/item.php?item_id=231
