I have a System Setup problem, can not get to the time set panel.

Recently we experienced a power outage that subsequently disabled the time set. (In the past when an outage occurred the player would reactivate the time on the DVD-VCR automatically.) I studied the manual (p.25) presenting the steps to set Auto Clock. When pressing System Set-up, I obtain a different panel of options, viz. Language, Picture, Sound, Parental, and Other. What has happened and how can I correct the problem?
