First, go to this website - http://bushe102.googlepages.com/Moto_flash.htm and download this file - MetroPCS - MPC_V3M_01.1A.00R MONSTER then go to this link and follow the tutorial EXACTLY! - http://www.hacktherazr.com/guides/verizon-razr-v3m-v3c/flashing/flashing-your-phone-general - and it will basically unlock all of the factory features of your V3m, it will use Motorolla's original gui and will be much faster and work better, plus you'll be able to use the internet and send & recieve pictures... make sure you backup all your contacts, photos, videos, anything you don't want to lose, and remove your micro SD memory card if you have one... if you don't do these things then reflashing will erase all of your data... ENJOY!!!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Metroflashing is for VOICE service only, and Verizon's software is not designed for use on Metro's network. In other words, if you don't know how to get into the phone's programming, you cannot set up this phone's user name and password to get on to Metro's data services using the handset. You can, however, use the phone as a dial-up modem for your PC.
Once Metro can come up with a way to access the user name and password of the phone's software, they will then let you get data services (e.g. picture messaging, internet, etc...) on your phone.
