Look through this web site for one that is similar to your scope. However I don't know why you need a manual for this very simple telescope. The manual will not show you how to find objects in the night sky. It is only very simple assembly instructions.
Tasco does not sell parts. Sorry. If you can find a damaged scope for sale on craigslist.com you may be able to salvage the part from another used scope of the same model.
You should be able to order one from Tasco I would imagine. Try contacting them about the part through this website: http://www.tasco.com/section.cfm?s=Telescopes
Other sites say that parts are available through Tasco, so you should be able to procure one. Good luck!
